Good to know before we arrive.
Is the $89 diagnostic really credited to my repair?
Yes. If you go ahead with the repair, the $89 comes straight off the final bill. If you decide not to repair, the diagnostic is the only thing you pay.
Do you work on luxury and built-in appliances?
Yes — all brands, including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele, Gaggenau and Monogram, as well as panel-ready and pro-style units. Mention the brand in your request and we'll plan for it.
What does the 90-day warranty cover?
The parts we install and the labor for that repair, for 90 days. If the same issue returns in that window, we come back and make it right.
Which areas do you serve?
All of King County and Pierce County — from Shoreline and Redmond down through Seattle, Bellevue and Kent to Tacoma, Puyallup, Gig Harbor and Spanaway. Not sure about your address? Give us a call.
Do I need my model number?
It helps but isn't required. It's usually on a sticker inside the door or lid, along the edge of the door frame, or on the back of the unit. A photo of the sticker works great.
Is it safe to keep using my appliance until you arrive?
If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. If you see sparks, smoke or a burning smell, switch the appliance off at the breaker. For leaks, shut off the water valve behind the unit.
